PROJECT EXPERIENCE

Picture of New TMI VinylPro 5000HD doors at Walmart Livonia.jpeg

Retail facility, Livonia, MI

Their original doors had failed and were no longer available. The building needed doors that looked good and still performed for daily air movement and access. Our solution shipped faster, cost less, and was easier to repair long-term, all while matching the building's aesthetic.

Pharmaceutical cold storage, Troy, MI

Certain pharmaceuticals require freezer-level storage, where both environmental separation and energy loss are constant challenges. The right cold storage doors protected product integrity and human safety while cutting the cost of spoilage.

Purdue University, Lafayette, IN

Purdue's animal clinic testing area needed large doors that could hold up in a constantly wet, corrosive environment where standard steel doors fail fast. Fiberglass (FRP) doors delivered better long-term value and are proven in demanding settings like wastewater plants and food production.

Shamburg, IL Convention Center- 3 Saino w- Egress Doors.

Convention center, Schaumburg, IL

The space needed a large fire-rated door that could open wide enough for 14-foot trailers during event setup, then convert to safe emergency egress once the space filled with people. A unique fire-protection door solution met both building code requirements and the practical realities of the space.

Distribution warehouse, Adrian, MI

The facility wanted fresh air circulation without letting pests in. Screen doors kept insects and birds out while improving airflow and employee comfort, and air curtains kept winter cold out without blocking trailer access. The result: lower energy costs, better productivity, and code compliance around pest control.

Stamping plant, Fraser, MI

A two-story modular office was built inside a very loud stamping plant to give the Maintenance department a functional workspace, with design touches like laminated glass. Paired with sound control baffles and an HVLS fan for airflow and energy savings, the space solved both noise and efficiency problems at once.
